Cumberland Road E17

 

We were commissioned to design a rear and side-return extension and a L-shaped loft conversion at this end of terrace Victorian home in Walthamstow.

​

The clients phased the work by carrying out the loft conversion first, which with a baby on the way made increasing the number of bedrooms a priority.

​

The extension project is currently under construction.
