We were commissioned to extend and reconfigure this maisonette property in Newington Green for our client who bought the property in 2015.

​

The works included a part single, part two-storey rear extension with a roof terrace and external stairs down to the garden.

 

We designed the space to have two bedrooms, a shower room and utility on the lower level so that the main living space could be on the upper ground floor, which has much grander proportions with large windows and high ceilings.
