We worked with homeowners Tim & Zoe to return two neglected Walthamstow flats into a grand Edwardian home adapted for modern living.

Sara designed a side extension to host the family’s kitchen, dining and snug area. The extension includes a unique curved glass courtyard and sunken living area, creating a huge
space for family living and entertaining.

We began the design process with two sight lines we wanted to create, allowing light and views from the front to the back of the house. This led to the creation of the curved glass courtyard which has become a real focal point for the project.

Sara also designed a luxurious loft conversion with a main bedroom and separate bathroom.

The extensions create a stunning and spacious family house.
