Having lived on Albion Drive for many years, we are big fans of the roads that make up the Graham Road and Mapledene Conservation area near to London Fields. 

 

We were approached by the owners of this Victorian Villa that just didn't work at the back, with an ugly conservatory a 'dead space' to the side. 

​

We worked closely with Hackney's planning department to secure permission for an infill and rear two-storey extension, choosing a darker brick to contrast with the original building.
