Like many end terrace period properties the hipped roof space above this terraced house in the Coppermill area of Walthamstow was limited.
We gained planning permission to change the profile of the roof and used the unique shape to create a zinc-clad dormer loft extension.
The extension isn't visible from the front of the property and gradually reveals itself as you take the corner.
