This three-storey Grade II Listed building in Islington had previously been unsympathetically converted into two flats.

We were commissioned by our client to re-design the property so that it functioned more successfully as a single dwelling house as originally intended.

​

The works included a full refurbishment and changes to the layout throughout. We also lowered the floor level in the basement which allowed us to move the kitchen downstairs and create a light and spacious entertaining space.

We also provided a full interior design service on this project, specifying the fixtures, fittings and finishes throughout.
