When our clients made the move from London to purchase this mid-terrace period property in Oxford, it had already had a rear extension and loft conversion that had been added by the previous owners.

 

The space, however, did not work for our clients who commissioned us to reconfigure and refurbish the house throughout. So whilst no additional floorspace was gained the layout and appearance was altered significantly resulting in a home that suits our clients needs both functionally and aesthetically allowing them to create a lasting home in their new city.
